Abstract

|
A case of malignant lymphoma with IgM, kappa type monoclonal gammopathy which
showed autocontrol-positive incompatibility on the saline-phase major crossmatch due to
rouleaux formation is reported. By the use of the saline replacement technique, the
rouleaux was confirmed to be the cause of incompatible crossmpatch and succesful
transfusions were followed.
